This is incredibly true. I believe in “sending stuff, not money” when it comes to SPECIALIZED, SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED CAUSES - such as schools that need books, charities that request specific items, etc…but when it comes to these sorts of aid problems, it really needs to be all about money.
